WASHI ILFORD TORINOKO 110 gr

Washi Torinoko is a paper created with a traditional Japanese Washi base and a fine textured surface. The base, produced exclusively by Ilford, is manufactured on a traditional Japanese machine, Tanmo, which produces a paper so refined that it appears to be handmade. The Washi base is manufactured in the Echizen area of Japan, famous for the production of traditional Japanese paper, with a history of over 1500 years of paper production. This paper has Ilford’s unique inkjet coating, which provides a wide colour gamut and excellent consistency. The paper has a fine textured surface and, like the previous papers, contains no acids or optical brighteners, making it an ideal paper for fine art reproduction.
