Best practices:

• Preferably send photographs in JPG, JPEG or TIFF with layers attached.
• Files in RGB. Preferably use AdobeRGB colour space.
• To avoid incompatibilities you should send the image at print size, with a resolution of at least 150 dpi. Ideally between 200 and 300.
• When selecting the size in the manager, always choose the paper size on which your photograph will fit. For example, if you want to print a 31x41cm photograph do not choose 30x40cm, choose the top step 40x50cm or reduce the size to 30×40. If you have any doubts you can always ask!
